He talks about watching his father performing surgery as well as attending medical home visits with him. Moreover, he discusses his early marriage and his lack of relationship with his "no-good" grandmother.

He states that the relationship between doctors and patients is on a decline and should be fixed because it would eventually rot the medical field. Technology progression has not helped matter as well between the two. As well he discusses organizational medicine.
